Portugal, Together: Two Destinations, Your Own Programme

Our Algarve and São Miguel editions explore two different settings for bringing people together. Both begin with the same idea: the best programme is shaped around the people taking part.

A few days together can serve many purposes: recognising a team, making room for a new idea, strengthening a partnership or celebrating a milestone. The setting matters, but so does the balance between shared experiences, conversation and time to enjoy the place.

Atlantic Algarve: the coast, with room to explore

Our Algarve edition brings together coastal hotels, private sailing, the islands of the Ria Formosa, golf, vineyard experiences and gala dinner concepts. Suggested three-, four- and five-night programmes show how these elements could work together, with links to the featured hotels, venues and activities.

The edition also considers travel beyond peak summer. Its weather and seasonal guidance can help start a conversation about spring and autumn dates, always with the final programme shaped around opening schedules, availability and the conditions expected for the trip.

São Miguel: a different rhythm

São Miguel offers another starting point: crater lakes, thermal gardens, whale watching, local food and time outdoors. The island edition explores how to combine these experiences with hotel stays, meeting time and a closing celebration, while allowing flexibility for weather and sea conditions.

Inspiration that becomes your programme

These magazines are illustrative concepts. Tell us your objectives, preferred dates, group size, room requirements and budget. We can then source and coordinate the accommodation, venues, dining, activities and transport around that brief, confirming the practical and commercial details in a proposal.

ZERO Perspective

Algarve and São Miguel are two examples of where we can begin. ZERO can source and coordinate programmes across mainland Portugal, Madeira, Porto Santo and all nine Azorean islands. The destination should follow the purpose of the gathering.

A personal point of contact

Ana Melo, ZERO Premium’s General Manager, oversees day-to-day operations and supplier coordination. She works alongside Rodrigo Vasconcelos on enquiries and programme planning. For agency partners, your team leads the client relationship while ZERO supports the agreed local arrangements.

Read both magazines on our Events page, download the English editions to share with your team, or contact us with an initial brief. Every programme can be customised around your people.
