We want ZERO services to be easy to discover and use. We are reviewing the accessibility of our websites and improving the ways to contact us.
Assessment status
The review is in progress. A full WCAG conformance audit has not yet been completed and no accessibility certification has been awarded. We will update this page with the results and identified limitations.
What we are improving
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus and direct access to the main content.
- Form field identification and presentation of errors and confirmations.
- Reading on different screens, reduced motion preferences and image descriptions.
Magazines and documents with adjustable text
All 11 magazines and four public documents have HTML reading editions. The original PDFs remain available in each edition.
The magazines, guest concierge brochure and groups brochure are in English. The price list and client pack with terms include Portuguese and English. The reading editions retain these original languages.
Checks still required
- Manual testing with screen readers, native browser zoom at 200% and 400% and different devices, including the new HTML reading editions.
- Assessment of PDF documents and external interfaces, including payments.
- User testing to identify barriers throughout complete journeys.
